Humble Monthly goes up in price and becomes a Humble Choice

If you were hoping that the excellent Humble Monthly subscription offer would continue after this month, you were fooled.

The Humble Monthly subscription service has been available for several years and has saved many people a lot of money. For $ 12 a month, she made at least two big Steam games a permanent property, and by far the best offer she has had this month. With the current $ 12 offer, you can get as many as seven games: Call of Duty: WWII, Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy (three games) and Spyro Reignited Trilogy (also three titles).

Unfortunately, there will be no such offers in the future. Humble Monthly will become a Humble Choice at the end of 2019, and this is the most painless change in this story. The problem is that the subscription will go up - it will no longer cost $ 12 but $ 20. Still fair, but beware now - subscribers will get one game less each month.

So why call it Choice when it doesn't look like users will be able to choose anything in that case? Well, the thing is, they will be able to choose the game users want to get in return for their subscription. How exactly they will be chosen remains to be seen.

Now, this is a little more complicated than that. Specifically, this increase will only apply to new users. If you subscribe to Humble Monthly before the end of this year, you will be able to use Humble Choice at the Classic rate - $ 12 per month, for which you get a total of 10 games. However, if your subscription expires at any time, you will have to pay either the Premium Fee of $ 20 (one game less) or the Basic Fee for $ 15 a month and three games.

The response from the audience to this announcement was not at all positive, but we doubt that there will be a change in plan after this. Our tip - subscribe while it's cheaper - is definitely worth it this month.
