Mods offer an elegant solution if you think Borderlands 3 is not funny
Borderlands 3 is by far the weakest at times when it takes itself too seriously. Fortunately, mods are there to save the day and still make it funnier, but also more bizarre.
The moding community always finds ways to make the game better, funnier, or weirder. Thus, in the case of Borderlands 3, it was accidentally discovered that the pre-rendered animations in that game were actually files in MP4 format. This of course means that they are very easy to replace with any other video, which the player community has never failed to make.
Things escalated very quickly, and the result is, by many, a funnier and better version of Borderlands 3. Now, instead of having Lilith address you at key moments of the game, you can have an ensemble of dancing Russian shrimp, oiled dancers, Thomas the Tank Engine or whatever the heart desires another. However, we have no doubt that in the coming days, the community will discover creative ways to use this in a more serious way.
