Fallout 76 received a shameful subscription to private servers

If you thought Fallout 76 couldn't sink deeper, Bethesda would disagree. They just announced the introduction of a premium subscription for the game.

Many have already forgotten the fiasco called Fallout 76. But some have hoped that the game will get better over time, as is usually the case with MMO titles that get off to a bad start. Until just a few months, Bethesda seemed to start listening to players - they announced the introduction of NPC characters into the game as well as a few more promising extras. However, recently the arrival of NPCs has been delayed for 2020, and instead the game just received a premium subscription called Fallout 1st.

It is an optional subscription costing € 15 a month or € 120 a year, and brings several benefits to subscribers. The first and most important is the private world, that is, the ability to play on private servers. This way you can play a game with seven friends / acquaintances without sharing the world with unknown players.

Not all players on a private server need to be subscribers, but the owner of that world must be a subscriber. In the event that the owner of a private server leaves the game, others will be able to play as long as there is at least one Fallout 1 subscriber on the server. Modifications will not be used on a private server.

In addition to this great convenience, subscribers also get unlimited Scrapbox for storing crafting components, Survival Tent for setting fast travel point anywhere on the map, 1650 Atom points per month for the Atomic Shop, exclusive Ranger armor, and unique icons and emoticons.

Given that the most loyal fans hoped that the possibility of opening private servers would one day be accessible to all, such a slap was greeted with derision and disbelief.
