The last hope for Fallout 76, the Wastelanders update was postponed to next year

Does Fallout 76 have the power to do the same thing as No Man's Sky and get back from the dead through updates? Unfortunately, we will find out only next year.

Will anyone play Fallout 76 anymore when Bethesda implements everything that players expected? The last glimmer of hope for anyone who jumped on Bethesda's train despite the hassle was a big, free update to the Wastelanders name. Unfortunately, it was postponed to an undefined date in the first quarter of next year.

Bethesda cites the need for added polish and a desire to deliver the highest quality experience possible to attract new players as a reason for the delay. Such a decision is not surprising given the very ambitious scope of everything the Wastelanders should bring to the game. Aside from a brand new story with a bunch of new dialogue and missions, it will finally fill the empty world of NPC characters. Some of them will be able to accompany you on your adventure and will be able to make friends with them. Actually all that is what we expect from the Fallout game.

To reduce the time until this update is released, Bethesda will allow the use of private servers from next week. So players will finally be able to make a separate world for themselves and a select group of people, but also to somewhat customize the gaming experience. Bethesda also promises the possibility of mods for private servers in the future. However, not everything is nice and beautiful - you will have to pay for a private server, but the price is still unknown.
