Death Stranding will also be able to be completed by people who have never played a single game

The upcoming Death Stranding action adventure will feature several weight settings, including one specifically designed for those who love movies and don't like games.

Hideo Kojima confirmed on his Twitter profile that the upcoming Death Stranding will have different weight settings that players will be able to choose before playing themselves. Specifically, Kojima confirmed that "Very Easy Mode" will be included in the game, a weight setting designed for fans of non-gaming movies, but Death Stranding might be interested in playing a lot of well-known actors.

It is not explained how the Very Easy mode facilitates the game itself, but it is possible that it completely eliminates any combat. Kojima had just announced that his assistant had been able to finish the game on that setting, and had not completed the first level of Pac-Man before. The same assistant stated that Normal or Hard settings are intended for action game fans, meaning that the weight could be reflected in the amount of action.

Otherwise, previous Kojima Productions games have been known to carry quite a bit of pepper weight, as an option. Metal Gear Solid titles thus had "European Extreme" or "The Boss Extreme" settings that made no joke.
