BioWare is preparing more new games, but work on Anthem is continuing

The BioWare development studio is experiencing its worst year since its founding, but the studio leader says there are multiple projects on the horizon.

If you thought the BioWare team was over after the Anthem fiasco, studio manager Casey Hudson assures in a new blog post that the opposite is true. Specifically, Hudson reports that BioWare has several major projects under development, most of which are super-secret. Still, it’s no secret that one of these projects is the next Dragon Age.

Despite the fact that their teams are divided into several sides, BioWare does not give up their existing promise to Anthem players. As Hudson says, there are fundamental improvements planned for the game, but it takes time. It was reiterated that the team believes in Anthem and would like to see it evolve over the years.

Of course, BioWare is not an independent team and Anthem's future will ultimately depend on Electronic Arts. If there is no calculation from that game, neither will BioWare's will nor desire to continue working on the game help.
