Control will really merge with the world of Alan Wake

Theories about how Alan Wake's events are and the same universe in which Control takes place are further confirmed by the image of another paid expansion.

At the beginning of the month, Hrvoje was an inspector who oversaw Control and gave him a very high rating. No wonder it's a fantastic piece directed by creators Max Payen and Alan Wake. What is particularly interesting about the game is its world, and while exploring that world, we saw references to their previous titles, the most prominent of which is the adventure of writer Alan Wake.

But why is all this extra interesting? Specifically, the published plan to release new content for the game in question, along with the free part, are two expansions that will be paid for. Of course, the first thing that will come is what will be available to all game owners, which is Photo Mode, which will be ready this fall.

A new gameplay mode called Expeditions is planned for the last month of the year. This is challenging end-game content in which we help the Head of Insurance explore the mysterious Formation and its unusual environment. As the creators of the game say, here are some of the best challenges the Oldest House can put before us.

Then, early next year, the first expansion of The Foundation arrives, which will be PS4-exclusive, followed by PC and Xbox One. Here, at the behest of the Committee, we will investigate what lies beneath the Bureau, and we can expect things to get very strange.

A second expansion called AWE is scheduled for mid-next year and will be available on all platforms at the same time. With this expansion, we are heading to Investigations Sector, that is, the new part of the Oldest House, where the AWE ilitiga Altered World Events is being examined more closely. Everyone who played Alan Wake will surely recognize something from the picture that was prepared for the expansion, so who knows, maybe we meet Alan there somewhere.
