Red Dead Redemption 2 can be played without expensive PC (if you are in Germany or Ireland)

Not only is Red Dead Redemption 2 coming to the PC platform, it will also be one of the launch titles for the new Google Stadium service.

Red Dead Redemption 2 will appear in various PC destinations in the PC release: Rockstar Store, Epic Games Store and later on Steam. While we still wait for all of these versions to hear the hardware requirements, it has been confirmed that certain PC platform players will not have to worry about having a powerful enough computer to run the game.

Specifically, Red Dead Redemption 2 will appear on the Google Stadio streaming platform right after its launch in the eleventh month. As you probably already know, Google Stadia will not be able to be used on our premises this year, so now you probably think this news does not concern us. However, this is not entirely true.

Games on the Google Stadia platform are actually PC editions, but not games for Windows, which means they are not run with DirectX but an API called Vulcan. If the RDR port 2 for PC was made with the Vulkan API, it would mean that this version of the game could achieve better game performance (performance) in some cases and conditions. This should especially interest AMD's Radeon card owners, as AMD's hardware is more likely to benefit from Vulkan APIs than Nvidia's hardware. Of course, it all depends on the game.

And while Red Dead Redemption 2 might sound appealing to some on the Google Stadia platform, there is one thing to keep in mind. As practical as this version may be, you won't be able to count on it to modify the game, which is a big minus over the regular PC version.
