Donald Trump opens channel on Twitch
US President Donald Trump is now also using the streaming platform celebrated by playing video games.
Twitch is still considered a platform that primarily gathers video game enthusiasts. But lately there has been everything there, including politics. Recently, there was a British parliament broadcasting its argument, and now Donald Trump has become the first US president to have an official channel on Twitch.
Of course, it was not opened by Donald himself, but by someone from his team who does whatever he does (but that obviously does not involve moderating the chat on a channel that is just open). If you thought the president would play video games there, you were fooled - the first content was broadcasts of his Minnesota political rally.
It is possible that Trump has opened a channel on Twitch because of his distrust and towards the media he claims to be liars and pests. Admittedly, it's a little ironic that Trump now has a channel on an Amazon-owned platform, and has vehemently criticized her and her owner throughout his term, even before he became president.
Also, the president has repeatedly said that video games are a problem of growing violence in American society, and now he broadcasts live broadcasts on a platform where "violent video games" make up the majority of the content and gather the majority of the audience interested in these "violent video games." That's what your life is about!
