Control will soon become less blurry
Remedy Entertainment has revealed that they are working to optimize the Control, but that they will not deal with HDR support.
Control is a great game - only occasionally troubled by some technical issues. This is especially reflected in console versions, but immune is not even a PC version. In a Remedy Entertainment development studio, therefore, they told players to work on optimizing the game on consoles, but that part would take a little while. As for PC players using RTX cards, they were instructed to install Windows 10 in the latest version (1903).
The next Control Update is scheduled for the middle of the ninth month, or no later than the second half of September. It will, among other things, provide an option to turn off the motion blur effect on all platforms. It will also work on the map view to make it more accurate and relevant to the player.
The development studio also said that it did not plan to add HDR support to Control and that they were aware that this would disappoint some players. Their argument is that their development resources are limited and they prefer to provide free content such as Photo mode. As for future content, this will be announced next week.
