Sony has revealed what games it presents in the third month through its PlayStation Plus subscription service. There is one acclaimed exclusive and another very average game on offer.
The good thing about Sony and their PS Plus is that they occasionally follow certain trends and calendar events. Now, decide for yourself if this is a good thing in the third month as well. Specifically, PS Plus subscribers get Sonic Forces in March, which is no coincidence since Sonic: Super Hedgehog is currently a hot commodity in cinemas due to the movie of the same name.
I say make it your own choice because Sonic Forces is not the best accepted game with an average score of 57 on Metacritic. But last year they split Sonic Mania, so they obviously had no alternative.
Fortunately, in addition to Sonic in the third month, they also share the 2018 Shadow of the Colossus rework. This is a modern edition of the all-time classic, a game that is unique in its story and performance 14 years later. Hunting for Colossi Giant is exclusive to PlayStation 4 anyway, so it's a good thing that it can be experienced for free * as part of the PS Plus.
Both games will be available for download from 3 March until 6 April.
