Assassin's Creed Syndicate is shared free of charge on PC

PC players will be able to add another title to their collection of Assassin's Creed this week.

UPDATE: The game is now available for free to add to the collection at the Epic Games Store. It is a free standard edition covering the main campaign. All subsequent DLCs, numbered four by AC Syndicate, must be purchased separately.

In addition to AC Syndicate, the fantasy game Faeria is also free. Next week will be a free Inner Space exploration adventure.

Original News: Epic Games has revealed that as of this Thursday, it will share the former Ubisoft hit Assassin's Creed Syndicate as part of its store promotion. The offer starts Thursday afternoon and will run as usual for a week. This is the fourth major AC title to be purchased on PC for free in recent years. Previously, Assassin's Creed 3, AC4: Black Flag and AC: Unity were distributed free of charge.

Syndicate is five years old and is in fact the latest Assassin's Creed of old, before the series went to RPG through inventory and quest systems. It is also the "most up-to-date" Assassin's Creed since it is located chronologically at the latest - in 19th-century London.
