Assassin's Creed Syndicate will be shared free of charge on PC

PC players will be able to add another title to their collection of Assassin's Creed this week.

Epic Games has revealed that as of this Thursday, it will share the former Ubisoft hit Assassin's Creed Syndicate as part of a promotional campaign at its store. The offer starts Thursday afternoon and will run as usual for a week. This is the fourth major AC title to be purchased on PC for free in recent years. Previously, Assassin's Creed 3, AC4: Black Flag and AC: Unity were distributed free of charge.

Syndicate is five years old and is in fact the latest Assassin's Creed of old, before the series went to RPG through inventory and quest systems. It is also the "most up-to-date" Assassin's Creed since it is located chronologically at the latest - in 19th-century London.
