No Man's Sky gets alien ships alive

The next free expansion for No Man's Sky is called Living Ship, and it's bringing literally - living ships.

But Man's Sky again manages to surprise and intrigue players by updating version 2.3. As part of the game, new types of ships are coming into play, but not classic but organic, living. These procedurally generated vessels have their own unique technologies, or organs, and can also be obtained by incubation or hatching from the so-called Void egg.

As part of the Living Ship expansion, a new set of missions is coming, Starbirth, through which we will find out how such ships came about. During these missions, players will also encounter strange anomalies in space, and if they choose to explore them, they will receive a corresponding challenge and accompanying reward.

Like any update to No Man's Sky, this one brings a number of changes and improvements. Multiplayer has thus been added to the group warp option, there are shortcuts in the inventory for faster material separation, and a number of optimizations have been made that should result in better game performance, especially in VR mode.
