Population Zero arrives soon; survival MMO with elements of battle royale games

Population Zero could be a very competitive and tense experience thanks to an interesting blend of survival mechanics and a PvP component that seemed to come out of some battle royal game.

Population Zero is a story driven sci-fi MMO that went into closed beta testing last year. If you are one of the interested and have not been able to participate, the good news comes from the game manufacturer. Specifically, the game arrives at Steam Early Access at the beginning of the fifth month with many changes and improvements.

First of all, the main goal of the manufacturer is to make all game activities more meaningful. In this regard, Population Zero, like many MMO games, will have a weekly reset. The difference is that in this case, a weekly reset will mean the end of the game, but also a fresh start. Like a battle royale, when they enter the game world, players will have seven days to survive by fighting against nature, but also against each other and building shelter before the planet on which the game takes place becomes inhospitable to life. If they survive, experience and the rewards they have earned go into a new cycle and start over. The manufacturer promises to add new mysteries, mechanics, but also entire regions in new cycles.

Contrary to the original plan and thanks to player feedback, the game will not be free-to-play but will cost $ 30. In addition to the fact that the game will have a significantly smaller number of microtransactions exclusively in the form of cosmetics, it will allow the manufacturer to develop additional content for the game faster.
