Horror hit creators Amnesia and SOMA are preparing to announce a new game
Swedish studio Frictional Games has updated the website for their next game, which they have not yet revealed to the public.
The horror adventures of Amnesia: The Dark Descent from 2010 and SOMA from 2015 are among the best examples of their genre in the last ten years. Expectations are therefore extremely high for the next game of the Swedish Frictional Games, and after four years of development, it seems that the team is about to launch a slice of their new project.
Specifically, as Rock Paper Shotgun noted, a message disappeared on nextfrictionalgame.com that their next game had not been announced, and something tiny appeared instead - a small orb pulsing in the dark. At this point, one can only speculate what this is about - it may be a deadly bacterium, an alien life form, or something else entirely.
In any case, it is quite likely that the next game of this studio could also be horror themed, but it is possible that the team intends to try something new as well. We will find out the truth in the near future.
