Here's what PC you need for the new Warcraft III: Reforged

Blizzard has released PC requests for a remake of their Warcraft 3 and the news is good - you won't have to beg for Azeroth.

Warcraft III was played almost 18 years ago; time flies and so on… Do you remember what kind of hardware you needed back then? Here, we will remind you. Intel Pentium Triple or 2 GHz AMD Duron, AMD Rage or Nvidia Vanta graphics card with as much as 16 MB of video memory, a 128 MB RAM cookie, and the cult Windows 98. If you were serious, just above 800 × 600 resolution then needed Pentium 4 and 512 MB RAM. Hard times, tough ones.

17 and a half years later, Warcraft III: Reforged, a graphically arranged version of the legendary game, arrives, and Blizzard has just released PC requests for the remaster. Contrary to what was sought for the original, Reforged is up to sixteen times more demanding, but for today's terms it is actually below average. It will be playable on Windows 7 and beyond, even at 800 × 600 resolution if you like. Here's a request:

Minimum configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i3-530 or AMD Athlon Phenom II X4 910
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 or AMD Radeon HD 5750
RAM: 4 GB
HDD: 30 GB

Recommended Azeroth configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5-6400 or AMD Ryzen 7 1700X
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon R9 280X
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 30 GB
