There is hope, Valve confirmed - there will be more Half-Life games
Valve developer Robin Walker says the Half-Life series will not end with the upcoming game Half-Life: Alyx.
Half-Life: Alyx is not Half-Life 3 or Half-Life 2: Episode 3, but it's also not the last Half-Life game Valve will be working on. These are the words of Valve employee Robin Walker, who gave a hint at Game Informer so we can see more new games from this series in the future. Here's what Walker said:
"Half-Life means a lot to us, and it's been incredibly rewarding to remember the characters, the world and the mechanics again. We have people at Valve who came here for Half-Life 2, and some of us are from the original. Some are Half "Life: Alyx's first encounter with the series - and many hope it's not their last. We absolutely see Half-Life: Alyx as our return to the world, not a break from it."
Walker's answer to the question of whether HL: Alyx will offer fans some answers regarding the ending of HL2: Episode 2 is interesting. HL: Alyx.
