It was finally revealed what Silent Hills looked like outside the house from P.T.
Modder Lance McDonald managed to get the streets of the city from which we would never walk out of the Silent Hills demo.
Silent Hills is a late game, but Koima's demo work called P.T. it has inspired and intrigued many. The fan community of this unique horror has come up with some valuable insights and inventions this year, with the latest recently introduced by fashion designer Lance McDonald, who opened the streets of Silent Hills to explore, Eurogamer reports.
He managed to do this by cheating a game that would otherwise penalize a player by crashing through the floor if he went beyond the allowed limits of the map. In doing so, he was able to provide insight into unprecedented parts of Silent Hills that include a parking lot, an apartment block, a deserted street and a passage leading to nothingness.
Of course, nothing happens in Silent Hills and all models are of lower quality for one very obvious reason - it was never imagined that players would look at this part of the map. All the same, it is interesting to see at least a fraction of what was imagined and never will be realized. As we all know, Silent Hills was eventually canceled and we would never play that game.
