Introduced by Riot Forge, a publishing branch for games based in the League of Legends world

The League of Legends world will be expanded in the future by partner studios, whose games will be released by the newly founded Riot Forge.

Through the ten years that League of Legends has been available to players, Riot Games has created a rich virtual world where summoner fights take place. Of course, this is accompanied by the colorful stories of the champions themselves, so it's no wonder that Riot wants to portray the world outside the League of Legends environment.

It is for this purpose that Riot Forge, a publishing branch, has been established to deal with the revival of this world in conjunction with partner studios. This means that these games will not be developed by Riot Games but by external studios who should provide new LoL experiences and Forge will give them full support in achieving their vision.

As this is just the announcement of a new branch, there are no details yet on the games and studios themselves. We will not wait long for them, because we will get the first information at this year's The Game Awards next Friday. What's more interesting is that Riot Forge wants their games to be available to as many players as possible, covering PCs, consoles and mobile platforms.

However, this does not mean that each title will be available for all platforms, but depending on the experience that will be presented, it will work for the platform on which the game will be able to best experience.
