Nine to Five is not a tactical game with cracked rabbits, although at first it seems

A new game called Nine to Five has found ways to capture the attention of Game Awards viewers. Fortunately, this is not a game about cracked rabbits.

Last night, anything and everything could be seen at the Game Award ceremony. Some guy yelled at Vin Diesel to take off his shirt. The creators of Disco Elysium thanked Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels for the Communist Manifesto. In the ranks of these lunatics was the announcement of the Nine to Five game.

This is a serious tactical shooter in which a player is fighting corporations with armies at his disposal. But the introductory part of the trailer suggested a totally different game - with cheerful bunnies jumping with their weapons.

With a sudden change in tone, the developers of Nine to Five have made it clear that their game is not another colorful Fortnite wannabe clone. Whether or not they will shake their heads someday - no one knows, maybe rabbits with gourds would be better served by the audience, but this is already a topic for deep discussion.

Basically, Ninte to Five is under development at the Redhill Games team, founded by Matias Myllyrinne, a former Remedy Entertainment member. The teams will be the first joint project, but individually they have years and years of experience in the video game industry.
