It now takes 75 days to break through Denuvo Protection

In the last half year, the time it took to break Denuvo anti-piracy protection has decreased and now averages 75 days.

Relatively few PC games do not have their pirated versions, but whatever is being said around, the often-contested Denuvo protection does its job. In the last half year, the average time required to break Denuvo protection has been reduced to 75 days (a full week versus the first half of 2019), an extremely significant figure since games are mostly sold right the first two to three months after release.

Ultimately, Denuvo gets hacked, so the publishers themselves remove that protection - for example, as of recently Resident Evil 2 is no longer protected by Denuvo. However, it can be said that Denuvo won this year as the protection for numerous hits has not been broken so far, including Mortal Kombat 11, Anno 1800, F1 2019, eFootball PES 2020, FIFA 20, Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Planet Zoo, Football Manager 2020, Red Dead Redemption 2, Detroit: Become Human and other games.

Admittedly, the same luck was not another hit. For example, protection for Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is broken after only three days. Code Vein lasted a little longer - four days. Borderlands 3 and Total War: Three Kingdoms fell after forty days.
