Star Wars Battlefront 2 gets official The Rise of Skywalker content today
One of the last major upgrades to Star Wars Battlefront 2 brings content related to the upcoming movie The Rise of Skywalker.
Recently, Star Wars Battlefront 2 received the Celebration Edition, but the game's current owners are only just getting a major upgrade from The Rise of Skywalker today. As part of this free expansion, the game will receive a new location and additional characters.
The new map will be a forest planet that appears in the movie itself. It will be available from December 20 for Co-Op modes. New characters will include the Sith Trooper of the First Order, the First Order Jet Trooper, and the new Gunner and Spy for Resistance.
The owners of Celebration Edition will receive an additional gift in the form of heroes such as Rey, Finn and Kylo Ren, and the BB-8 droid will arrive from the first month. These characters will also be able to be purchased separately through Creditse or Crystals.
