The success of this year's A Plague Tale 2 adventure has reportedly already guaranteed a sequel that could come in 2022.

One of the most surprising surprises in the video game world in 2019 was an adventure called A Plague Tale: Innocence. In it, we led two charismatic characters through hordes of rats while having a good time. Although it was not a high-end game and no one expected any special financial results from it, it seems that Focus Home Interactive is quite pleased with the game, so much so that they have already given the green light to develop the sequel.

Admittedly, for now it's just a rumor transmitted by the French XboxSquad, but it's pretty easy to believe because A Plague Tale is the first Focus Home Interactive game to compete for numerous awards. She was thus nominated for the Game Story with the Best Story in 2019.
