The Warcraft 3 remake isn't ready for release this year

Put the nostalgic tears back in the drawer - the return to the world of Warcraft 3 will have to wait until early next year.

Warcraft 3: Reforged has just been delayed.

This remaster of many of your favorite real-time strategies should come out before the end of this year. But as the end of the year slowly approaches and the game is nowhere to go - everyone started wondering what was going on? Blizzard finally came forward and said they had to delay it. Fortunately, the delay is not terrible - we will only have to wait until 28.01. next year.

The reason for the delay is standard:

"Although we worked diligently to publish Reforged before the end of the year, as we began to approach the end of this process, we felt we needed some more time to develop the finishing touches," Blizzard announced.

Warcraft 3: Reforged will feature visually and mechanically enhanced classic Warcraft 3 campaigns - Reign of Chaos and The Frozen Throne. In addition, it will of course have multiplayer content with some balance changes as well as some modern matchmaking and community functionality. All this with what we always get in remakes like this - modernized graphics.
