We still don't know how much durability the long-awaited Cyberpunk 2077 will offer, but it has been confirmed that its main story will last shorter than the one in Witcher 3.
Some players have complained to CD Projekt RED that the main story in their game The Witcher 3 is too long, that is, to stretch to approximately 50 hours. According to the data available to CD Projekt, a good part of the players never finished the story, which is a bit of a sad fact for the story designers. And they don’t want the same thing to happen with the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077.
In an interview on the CohhCarnage stream, quest designer Patrick K. Mills said that the main story of Cyberpunk 2077 will last a little shorter than the one in Witcher 3. The goal is for as many players as possible to experience the story as a whole, but Mills adds that players will have plenty of other content, tasks and activities to spend time on. Admittedly, they don’t yet have the exact number of hours it would take to complete the entire game.
