Crash's girlfriend no longer needs rescue, she will be a playful character in Crash Bandicoot 4

Activision has revealed that the character of Crash's girlfriend Tawne will also return in the fourth part. But this time he will not need to save her but she will be the hero of her own world.

Like every male of the 1990s, Crash Bandicoot rescued his female Tawn. In the second and third parts, their relationship became "complicated" so we didn't see her that often. In the N.Sane Trilogy remaster, Tawn’s departure from the stereotype of a lady in distress has begun, and in the fourth installment this fall, Tawn will be the hero of her story.

Namely, we will meet Crash's girlfriend in an alternative dimension, the so-called Tawnaversu. There she is an experienced adventurer, confident and athletically built. And her hairstyle reflects that - she’s all urban and edgy.

Tawna will play the role of a playful character in Crash Bandicoot 4. Its specificity will be a hook with which it will be able to hang around the environment and break boxes. They will also have the skill of jumping between walls. Its gameplay will be faster than Crash's, and you can check out how it all looks in the following video:

It was also announced that the demo for Crash Bandicoot 4 will be available from the 16th of this month, but according to the now established Activision custom - only for those who order the game before the release, October 2nd.
