Horizon Forbidden West and two other Sony games will also come out for the old PlayStation 4

Although Sony has announced that it will no longer run games for the PlayStation 4, they have changed their minds - we have not yet seen everything that the PS4 will offer.

Remember how some accused the Microsoft team of being backward because the new Xbox won’t have generational exclusives for a while? Guess what - and Sony will eventually deliver some of its games announced for the PlayStation 5 on the old PlayStation 4. Not all, but three games from their production will still not be "full" next-gen titles.

Specifically, the PlayStation 4 will also feature Horizon Forbidden West, Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Sacboy: A Big Adventure.

At Sony, they say that these games will still perform best on the PS5, so all those who buy them for the PS4 are entitled to a free upgrade when they switch to the PlayStation 5.

For all PlayStation 4 owners, this is actually great news if they don’t plan to get the PS5 in the first wave as they will be able to play at least one other big Sony game like the new Horizon.
