GTA: San Andreas is following the trends, got Tesla's Cybertruck
Tesla's famous Cybertruck vehicle can now also be driven in today's GTA: San Andreas with a new user modification.
Last week, Elon Musk drew the attention of the general public again by presenting Tesla's vehicle called Cybertruck. Ultimately, the vehicle received the most attention not because of its functionality but because of its appearance. With Cybertruck looking like something that came out of early 3D games from the first PlayStation, this vehicle has quickly become a joke in the video game industry. However, now Cybertruck has really emerged in virtual form - for serious.
We do not have San Andreas installed to check if the virtual Cybertruck glass is broken, but I'm sure some of you will try this modification, so let me know in the comments. I'm also sure that the boot of the virtual version can't be used to carry the quad. In any case, the interesting thing is that people are still making new additions to the 15-year-old GTA game - and given that more than 600 people have taken over the modification on day one, there are definitely some who still play San Andreas.
UPDATE: Of course, Cybertruck has appeared in other GTA games as well. He is also being ridden in GTA 5, and we hear he has appeared in Minecraft as well.
Lords of the Fallen 2 will not be one of the games we will play in 2020.
We really expect a bunch of games in 2020, but the new Lords of the Fallen will still not be in that group, its publisher said.
In the middle of this year, the Lords of the Fallen 2 action game is back for the second time at the very beginning of development. Even then, it seemed that the game, which was announced four years ago, would not be played so soon, and now that has been confirmed. The CI Games development team has begun to work more intensively on the game after Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts is completed, but they don't plan on competing with a bunch of hits in 2020.
"It's definitely too early to set a date for the sequel to Lords of the Fallen. The exit will certainly not happen in 2020, but then we definitely plan to invest more money in the project. ”- Marek Tyminski, President of CI Games Studio, told investors.
It is worth noting that Lords of the Fallen 2 will ultimately not be a high-budget project like its predecessor. Specifically, CI Games plans in the future to work on games that are higher in production than indie titles but smaller than AAA rankings. The reason for this is the desire to be able to work on multiple projects at the same time as they still cannot be funded solely by the Sniper Ghost Warrior series.

Google Stadia will be launched with 12 games, it has only one exclusive
Although over thirty games have been confirmed for the Stage, most will still not be ready when the service launches next week.
Google Stadia is launching on the 19th of this month, and while this game streaming service will not be available with us, it will be interesting to see exactly what games will be launched. Specifically, a list of games has now been revealed that will be playable on the Stage from day one, and a little disappointment immediately followed. Google has boasted support for more than 30 games so far, but only 12 titles will be available next Tuesday. By the end of this year, Stadia will receive 14 more titles.
Although Google is a giant with an endless supply of money, it will launch its gaming platform with just one exclusive, or game that cannot currently be played elsewhere. The game is called GYLT, it comes to us from the creators of Rime, and thematically reminds us of the horror title Little Nightmares. It's not a high-budget exclusive, and it's already been confirmed that it will be released later in the classic PC release.
In addition to Gylt, Stadia will offer just four 2019 games: Mortal Kombat 11, Samurai Shodown, China and Just Dance 2020. The most notorious name is Red Dead Redemption 2, and besides it there are all parts of the newer Tomb Raider trilogy, Assassin's Creed Odyssey and Destiny 2 which will be free to all subscribers to the service.
As for the upcoming games by the end of 2019, the offer is a little more varied, but includes just one game we have never played anywhere else before (Darksiders Genesis).
- Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle
- Borderlands 3
- Darksiders Genesis
- Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
- Farming Simulator 19
- Final Fantasy 15
- Football Manager 2020
- Ghost Recon Breakpoint
- Grid
- Metro Exodus
- NBA 2K20
- Rage 2
- Trials Rising
- Wolfenstein: Youngblood
It remains to be seen whether this kind of gaming offer will be well received by users, though it must be admitted that it is definitely not something that would delight anyone.
Even in future Pokémon games, you won't be able to collect them all
Limited Pokedex will not "heal" in future Pokémon games, confirmed series producer Junichi Masuda.
Some Pokémon fans are still hoping that the Game Freak development team will get smart and subsequently add all types of Pokémon to the upcoming Sword & Shield games. However, this is not going to happen, but the team also plans to continue the practice of omitting older types of Pokémon for future games. Producer Junichi Masuda confirmed this in an interview with Inside Gamer.
The explanation is still the same - the team does not have enough manpower to manually animate, design and balance all types of Pokémon. Just to note: Pokémon are one of the most lucrative franchises on the planet and such a funny thing to say. But Game Freak has a solution for all those who can't get over the fact that Pokémon games won't contain all Pokémon in the future.
Specifically, with the launch of the Pokémon Home app in 2020, players will be given the option to move all of their past games into one place with their Pokémon. That way you can really get them all together. Just not in the game, but in the app. Except that you will not be able to use them in recent games.
Silent Hill would work well with a first-person look
One Silent Hill fan decided to put the first game in first-person perspective. The result is quite impressive.
The original Silent Hill skillfully kept the player in suspense with his unusual camera angles. But as the Silent Hills demo showed us, the world of psychological horror can be scary first-person. In the wake of this, a fan by the name of Zero Trace Operative decided to create a concept demo of Silent Hill's rework - first-person.
The result was announced earlier this month and we have to admit that he did an interesting job of moving the game's introduction to a different perspective. Of full-blown first-person play, of course, there will be nothing - Konami prefers Silent Hill to be a casino milkman. However, it is interesting to see such attempts at revival, especially if you can experience them directly through the demo version.
Super Mario 64 Land came out, a huge addition to the legendary platformer
Super Mario 64 has received a magnificent modification that brings it 32 new levels and ten additional power-ups.
Our editor-in-chief insists that Super Mario 64 is the best game Nintendo has made. If you are like him, you will be pleased to hear that there is now another reason to return to the "64-bit" legend. Specifically, Kaze Emanuar, one of the most popular modders in the Super Mario community, dropped Super Mario 64 Land yesterday, a huge addition to the N64 platformer.
This addition brings 32 new levels, 70 different areas, 75 music tracks, eight new boss battles and 10 new boosts. It's all free to download, and you can consume the content using Project 64 emulators. And it looks like Nintendo won't ruin the fun this time around, as it's not a standalone game but a modification.
Kojima says Death Stranding's ratings are lower in America because they prefer shooting
The creator of Death Stranding interpreted the split ratings for his game culturally, perhaps even with a few prejudices.
Critics of the recently launched Death Stranding game are pretty divisive. Some like the game, some hate it and can't think of it. I would say that such a polarized welcome was inevitable for a Japanese game whose focus is not on combat, but Hideo Kojima argues that the different evaluation of the game is cultural in this case.
Specifically, in an interview with Italian publication Tgcom24, Kojima somewhat clumsily explained his views on the situation with Death Stranding's ratings. According to Kojima, Death Stranding is rated high in Japan and Europe, while in the US, the game has underperformed. And here, generally, in the plan. For example, the US IGN rated the game at 6.8, while the Italian IGN gave it 9.8. However, Kojima did not stop there - he said the game may have confused American reviewers because it is not the shooter that Americans favor.
"Maybe the game is difficult to understand for a certain type of critic and audience. Americans are big fans of first-person shooters, and Death Stranding is not. I always try to do new things, and the discussions and quarrels about it are good. But I have to say that the Italians and the French have an artistic sensibility that allows them to appreciate such original products, not only in the form of video games but also in films, ”Kojima said.
Keep in mind that this is a translation from Italian, and Kojima himself has not been able to best articulate his thought in a foreign language lately. It is possible that he did not mean what he meant in translation, but it is probably not far from the truth. Specifically, Death Stranding is a game where you unlock your firearm after 20 hours and then discourage you from firing. For some, this is definitely not the definition of entertainment, and it is well known that three types of games are the most popular in the US market: shooters, action games and sports simulations.
Sony has registered a patent for PlayStation cassettes
It has been noted that Sony has registered the rights to something out of the ordinary in Brazil - a tape that has never been used for home PlayStation consoles.
Dutch portal letsGoDigital, the same one that revealed the first look of the PlayStation 5's dev kit, noted that Sony Interactive Entertainment had registered a patent for "Game Cartridge" or a gaming cartridge in Brazil earlier this year.
This finding leaves several question marks for which PlayStation tape would be used at all. It has already been confirmed that the PlayStation 5 will use three-layer optical media with a capacity of 100 GB, so it is possible that these tapes are intended for another device. It would not be the first time Sony has used the format for the console, they practiced similarly with the PlayStation Vita console.
If we're going to speculate, it may be that the cartridges are the medium Sony would plan to make an alternative to the SSD in some cheaper versions of the PS5 console. This is exactly what Brazil could be associated with, a large market where consoles are not having much success because a large number of players cannot afford them. And we know that the PlayStation 5 will be more expensive than the previous generation.
However, it should be emphasized that a registered patent does not mean that a product will become viable at all. It is possible that this is only an experiment that ultimately means nothing to end users. Therefore, one should not read too much from this, at least not in the context of the future of PlayStation.
Metal Gear Solid 4 can now be fully completed on PC
Game emulation from the PlayStation 3 console has made significant progress and new accomplishment. You can now finish Metal Gear Solid 4 completely on your PC.
The BSoD Gaming portal tells us that the emulation of PlayStation 3 games has progressed significantly and that it is now possible to accomplish what was unimaginable in the past ten years - to play and finish Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots on PC. You will need a slightly more modern PC for this, but the convenience is exceptional - the game can be played at 60 frames per second.
Of course, emulation is not always 100% perfect and there are several problems. However, they should not stop you from finishing the game. Just keep in mind that this requires a modified version of the emulator itself.
There is another way you can play and finish your MGS 4 on a PC. PS Now subscription gives you the ability to stream that game to your PC, but at 720p resolution and 30 frames per second.
NEW GAMES: We're becoming a Jedi this week and putting on a Pokémon Masters cap
It's a big week for two huge franchises - Star Wars and Pokemon, as they both get highly anticipated games.
BLACKSAD: UNDER THE SKIN
11/14/2019 PC, PS4, XBO, SwitchRemember the former hit Runaway adventure? Its creators return with an adaptation of the Spanish comic book Blacksad. In the game, we follow the title character in the 1950s in New York, a detective who must solve a suspected murder case. Blacksad: Under the Skin should be a mix of detective games like L.A. Noire and The Wolf Among Us, and will guide players through QTE sequences and choice to one of six possible story endings.
AGE OF EMPIRES II: A DEFINITIVE EDITION
November 14, 2019. PCHistory is not the funniest subject in school, but Age of Empires II is therefore one of the funniest historical games you can play. The definitive edition of this 20 year old strategy promises a nicer presentation with new animations, improved opponent intelligence, and an additional campaign with civilizations like the Bulgarians and Tatars. A more advanced game awaits us, but in fact we are most pleased that it is still a good old Age of Empires in which logic is not historically based as fact.
POKÉMON SWORD / POKÉMON SHIELD
11/15/2019 SwitchPokemon Sword & Shield will introduce us to the eighth generation of Pokemon and a brand new region called Galar. There, they will be able to wage combat in Dynamax and Gigantmax forms that increase Pokemon size to Godzilla size, which means that Pokemon halls that have disappeared in previous games are also returning. Unfortunately, this will be the first Pokemon game where you won't be able to catch them all, but there will be more Pokemon in the game anyway than you can list.
STAR WARS EAT: FALLEN ORDER
11/15/2019 PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox OneWe haven't had a fair single-player game in the Star Wars world for nine years, and that's too long and the Force is already strong enough to change that. Star Wars Jedi: The Fallen Order comes to our hands from the experienced Respawn Entertainment team, and it finally brings us back to the Jedi role. More specifically, we will play with young Padawan Cal Kestis escaping in front of Vader's hunters, and in this adventure we will visit several planets and see some famous characters from the Star Wars universe.
Most looking forward to the game being metroidvania style, much like the last God of War. That tells us it won't be short-lived, and it won't be as linear as some of the previous Star Wars games.
Other games coming out:
12. 11. Rune II (PC)
14. 11. Bee Simulator (PC, PS4, XBO, Switch)
15. 11. Astroneer (PS4, XBO)
15. 11. Golem (PS VR)
15. 11. Sparklite (PC, PS4, Switch)
15. 11. Terminator: Resistance (PC)
Hideo Kojima has received certificates for two Guinness World Records
The creator of Metal Gear and Death Stranding received two Guinness World Record certificates, this time unrelated to the games he directed.
Hideo Kojima has been listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for the past decade, or rather a gamer edition. He then joined the legendary Sid Meier as another game designer with the award, which he received because Metal Gear is the best-selling stealth genre game series. Now the Japanese designer has received a slightly more personal award. More specifically, awards, because he set two records.
Specifically, Hideo Kojima is a video game designer with the most followers on social media Twitter and Instagram. 2.8 million people follow Kojima's Twitter feed, and 908 thousand on Instagram. No one in the Kojimi video game industry is anywhere near that. By comparison, Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann has just 258,000 followers. The creator of the Gears of War series, Cliff Bleszinski has 618,000 followers, but he's no longer engaged in video game development.
Hideo Kojima himself is far more popular than his Kojima Productions team, followed by 290,000 people on Twitter, and even from the entire PlayStation branch for Europe. It is worth noting that he is not only popular with players but also in various artistic circles because he hangs out with film directors, famous actors, musicians and other celebs. It is believed that taking photos with Keanu Reeves most of all helped him confirm his status for the Guinness World Record.
The first mods for Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC bring nudity, among other things
The first, shy modes for Red Dead Redemption 2 are slowly coming out, and they already bring some interesting features, including some nudity.
Not perverts, I do not mean now some western version of hot coffee (though who knows what lies ahead). In this case it is just a trainer with a few simple but also some very interesting options. If you've ever played GTA 5 with a simple or native trainer - you know what I'm talking about.
The Trainer comes here under the name "Lenny's Simple Trainer". The first thing to be sure is that using it can lead to a permanent ban for Red Dead Redemption Online. This is meant even if you do not use it while playing it, as it not only changes the files crucial to the game's performance, but also adds some of its own. Be sure to turn off the autosave option and everything should be fine. If you are aware of the risks, feel free to try everything it offers at your own risk.
In addition to the standard features offered by trainers such as immortality, unlimited ammunition and the like, a simple trainer brings some special features. The first and by far the most exciting is the ability to play with any model present within the game. From the eagle, the wolf, the robot, the Dutch, all the way to the model of the unfortunate guy Arthur found on the toilet and whose manhood explicitly hangs and swings in the wind. This will undoubtedly extend the lifespan of this already great game, and who knows what kind of crazies the moding community is yet to save.
Watch the Trainer in action in the video:
The PUBG could soon be able to form clans
If the data and images are to be trusted, the popular PUBG battle royale will soon have the long-sought option to form clans with other players.
Playerunknown's Battlegrounds is a much better game today than it was when it came out, thanks to numerous regular updates. One of the upcoming games could further improve the game, as it will allegedly introduce the long-sought clan formation opportunity.
The well-known PlayerIGN dataminer has revealed information as well as implementation details in game data. The person in question is already known for accurate predictions, and the information is confirmed by pictures that leaked some time ago. They show the ranking of the clan, but also all the opportunities that the leaders and members of the clan will have.
One of them also shows the battle points the price of establishing a clan, the possible number of clan members, and the number of characters allowed in the name and description of the clan.
- Price: 5000 BP (Battle Points)
- Name: 2-15 characters
- Tag: 2-4 characters
- Slogan: 30 characters
- Description: 180 characters
- Number of members: 20
Adding this feature to the "big" PUBG is not surprising since it's been part of the mobile version since mid-year. The question remains when this update might see the light of day, but it seems we won't have to wait long to find out.
It looks like Electronic Arts has completely given up on the SKATE series
Electronic Arts no longer has the trademark SKATE for virtual skateboarding, so the conclusion is that it will no longer be.
According to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, earlier this year Electronic Arts lost its trademark SKATE, which referred to a series of skateboarding games from the beginning of this decade. Specifically, EA last renewed these rights in 2018, but now it is possible that they are no longer bothering with it as they are no longer counting on a new sequel to the series.
The Skate series had three quality games that came dark when Tony Hawk's Pro Skater showed signs of failing. The series was well received by players and Electronic Arts had to produce more copies of Skate 3 two years after the game was released.
However, even this demand for virtual skating has not helped the series during this generation of consoles. Who knows - maybe this is better because the people who worked on the series are long gone from Electronic Arts.
Probably the last game for the Wii console is out
Ubisoft has announced that it will no longer make games for the ancient Wii console, which is likely to end its lifecycle.
Ubisoft this week launched the Just Dance 2020 game for current platforms as well as for the Nintendo Wii - a console almost thirteen years old. For the past two years, the French company has been the only one to release new games for the Nintendo Console the previous generation, and now they have announced that they are done with it. It is certain that Just Dance 2021 will be released next year, but that game will not appear in the Wii version.
Ubisoft said they could not confirm that Just Dance 2020 was the latest game developed for the Wii console, but it looks like it will be. In the last four years, only three publishers have launched their games on the Wii platform: Ubisoft, Konami and Ravenscourt.
In any case, thanks to Ubisoft, the Wii has outlived many other consoles, including generational competition in the form of PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. These consoles got their last game last year when FIFA 19: Legacy Edition came out. However, the Wii is not the longest-running console in this respect, as the PlayStation 2 technically has had longer-lasting support and received its last game 13 and a half years after its release.
Ubisoft messes with Splinter Cell again
Ubisoft's Spanish branch of pure peace has begun to shed the wisdom of Sam Fisher, the main character of the Splinter Cell series.
In the middle of the year I was ready to put my hand in the fire for the announcement of a new Splinter Cell game. And then Ubisoft introduced a mobile game hosted by Sam Fisher at the E3 Show. The disappointment of the fans was quite great, especially since the Ubisoft team joked about working on the game a few days before (after drinking some wine).
However, Sam Fisher's return has not yet been written off, and the fire has now been ignited by the Spanish branch of Ubisoft, who posted a picture of the main character of Splinter Cell Games on Twitter yesterday with a message that reads: "You have to understand the darkness in order to face it."
No explanation was offered at the time of publication, so we do not know what the context is. The first thing that comes to mind is the anniversary of the Splinter Cell series, but it is only being celebrated later, on the 17th of this month. Ubisoft in Spain has one team that has not worked independently on any major game so far. But more importantly, Ubisoft has three unannounced games planned for 2020. One belongs to Assassin's Creed series, and it's pretty likely that Splinter Cell could be another undiscovered game.
Nintendo has launched an ambulance game
Nintendo has launched a new game from the creators of Little Nightmares out of the blue on eShop, and it's a co-op title of unusual subject matter.
It almost never happens that Nintendo is launching a game that wasn't even announced before. However, it happened yesterday when the title The Stretchers appeared on eShop. The new game is the creator of the horror platform creator Little Nightmares, and since Nintendo has taken on a publishing role, it's exclusive to the Switch console.
This is a co-operative game of unusual theme. Players take on the roles of medical emergency personnel and seek to transport injured civilians to the hospital as quickly as possible. But don't expect shocking or bloody scenes here. Instead, the situations are bizarre and humorous, and it is similar to the methods of conveying patients. The Stretchers ambulance has to deal with lasers so much, it has to break down walls in search of faster routes to the finish line, and the like.
The game is available at £ 18, exclusively in digital edition.
Death Stranding is coming to Epic Games Store and Steam at the same time
The PC version of Death Stranding is already available for pre-order, and we know in which stores the game will appear.
Ever since it was announced that the PC version of Death Stranding would be distributed by 505 Games, it has been doubted that the game could be exclusive to the Epic Games Store. Specifically, earlier this year, 505 Games had already pledged allegiance to Epic Games with a game called Control, so some thought a similar thing could happen with Death Stranding.
However, the PC version appeared yesterday for pre-order in two places: on the Epic Games Store and on Steam. Both sites are set to be available in the summer of 2020. This is an exception to the practice so far, since games are not released simultaneously on both platforms. According to Epic Games policy, game publishers are required to have a game not appear on Steam for a year if available on EEC.
However, this seems to be changing. First, Red Dead Redemption 2 for PC secured a little exclusivity on EGS for a month, and now it's confirmed that Death Stranding will be released on both Steam and EGS at the same time. There will probably be more games by the summer that will have the same kind of launch, but Death Stranding for now remains the first exception to the rule so far.

Sony wants players to transition from the PlayStation 4 to the PlayStation 5 as quickly as possible
The president of Sony Interactive Entertainment has confirmed that his main goal is to ensure the transition of players to the next generation of PlayStation as quickly as possible.
The title above may sound banal to you, because of course Sony wants more people to buy the PlayStation 5 once that console is available. However, behind that statement is actually one of the main plans that Sony Interactive Entertainment has for the PlayStation 5. In previous shifts, generations of PlayStation consoles have moved players slowly to a new console. After two years on the market, the new console would gather a critical mass of audiences to make it more profitable for game publishers to make games for the current platform rather than the previous generation.
According to CEE chief Jim Ryan, in an interview with GamesIndustry.biz, with PlayStation 5, the plan is to move players to the current platform much faster than it did with previous transitions. It is already known that switching from an old console to a new one this time will be more painless, as PlayStation 4 users will be able to keep their account with a friend list, and it is very likely that on PS5 they will be able to play digital games they own on the PS4 console .
Ryan reveals that Sony plans to encourage a faster audience transition on the PS5 and a different structuring of the PlayStation-related business. Specifically, the console production process should be streamlined, which means that Sony should at least theoretically find it easier to cope with potential shortages, or rather high demand for consoles.
On the other hand, the next console campaign is likely to follow the example of a global marketing campaign that Sony had with last year's Spider-Man game. If you recall, Sony has also promoted this game in our market in an unusual way, so it might be thought that the promotion of the console in our country will be more significant than with previous generations of PlayStation. In translation, the console might be promoting itself on television.
GTA 5 is still selling better than most new games
Take-Two Interactive's financial report shows that GTA 5 has sold more than 115 million units so far.
Yesterday, Take-Two Interactive held its investors with a financial report for the second quarter of its fiscal year 2020. On this occasion, they had much to boast about, as earnings grew 74% year-over-year. This was largely due to the successful NBA 2K20 and Borderlands 3. The latter has so far sold more than seven million copies, and The Outer Worlds is also said to have made a promising start-up performance.
But Take-Two has a strong background in Rockstar titles. Red Dead Redemption 2 has so far sold 26.5 million units, not counting the PC version. Grand Theft Auto 5 reached 115 million units, selling five million units in the last six months.
Take-Two Interactive is equally optimistic about the future. They say their game setup is the strongest in company history and contains some of their biggest intellectual property. You don't need better confirmation than GTA 6 is in development. And probably the next BioShock is just around the corner.

FIFA 20 match-fixing scandal has been revealed
Eurogamer has revealed a shameful practice mutually agreed upon by top FIFA players.
Some say FIFA is not an authentic simulation of football. However, it is authentic in one aspect - just like in real football, there are various scandals in FIFA games that are scandalous. An example of this is the recently discovered controversy about which the Eurogamer portal wrote an excellent report.
In short, US Fife players have come together and opened a Discord server to agree on how to avoid playing against each other. The reason for this is, of course, in the prize pool of the Weekend League competitions, which depend on the player's scores (win-loss ratio). The professional players realized that they could pick up the most prizes if they agreed to avoid matches, so by actually setting up matches, they actually get more prizes because they choose easier rivals.
As things stand, EA Sports has been informed of this and has disciplined one player. But we somehow doubt that this is the end of the story because this scandal only confirmed that competitiveness in Fifa has another side of the "medal".
Next week comes Superliminal, potentially the most original game of the year
A crazy ambitious puzzle game called Superliminal is set to go on sale next week at the Epic Games Store.
The year is almost over and we probably shouldn't have any major surprises with new games. However, maybe next week we have something to look forward to - a puzzle adventure that may be 2019's most original work.
It's called Superliminal and comes out on PC after five years of development. The game is extremely specific about the trick of manipulating objects using perspective. Specifically, the objects you interact with here can change their dimensions depending on how far you are viewing them, or from what angle. A simple table-top house in this game can be transformed into a completely new space that you can explore inside.
It's a bit confusing in this description, but the new trailer clearly demonstrates the written:
