And Need for Speed got its official sneakers, of course it did

Call of Duty has its sneakers, Destiny has ankles, so it makes sense for Need for Speed to get their own footwear line as well.

One of the things you'll quickly notice in Need for Speed Heat is the promotion of Adidas clothing and footwear. There is some need to make up for the lack of microtransactions in the game, and luckily at least there are no commercials for the Monster Energy beverage like in Death Stranding. However, outside the game, EA and NFS are partnering with Puma and will launch Hi OCTN x NFS sneakers along with Game 15/11. Or sneakers - as you prefer.

This sneaker model will not help you to walk and run faster, but it will allow you to feel part of the urban motoring scene ... Or at least that is the main idea behind the design. Specifically, there are more details on these car-related sneakers; you will notice a belt that mimics a belt in a vehicle, and the bottom of the sneaker is designed with a texture that mimics a car tire.

Of course, the color itself alludes to the color of Palm City, the new city to ride in the NFS Heat. But purely for the sake of confusion, these sneakers are not meant for drifting.
