Skipping an introduction to Red Dead Redemption 2 is currently the most popular "modification" for the PC version
The first user modifications for Red Dead Redemption 2 on the PC appeared before the game was released. For now, however, there are not many.
We can't wait to see what all the modding community will do with Red Dead Redemption 2 on PC. Still, it's still too early for some specific mods. We have one that gives the main character the makeup of the Joker, a few presets for ReShade, and what are not really modes but the recorded positions of other players.
Among the most popular are recorded positions that immediately unlock Chapter 2 for players to explore. Those who have already played RDR 2 on consoles know that the game starts off fairly slowly and that the first six missions take place in a completely different environment from the rest of the game. Those who have already passed that part may want to jump right into the "right game", and someone else's recorded positions are also welcome if you want to test how your game is performing.
However, if you are playing the game for the first time, it is not recommended to skip the introductory part of the game - which is because of the story, or because of a tutorial that explains some important things to you.
