Make sure you have a strong enough PC for Marvel’s Avengers

Take a look at the official minimum and recommended configuration for Marvel’s Avengers as you prepare for the open bet soon to arrive on PC and all consoles.

Marvel’s Avengers comes out in September, but as early as this month, beta testing began, first on the PlayStation 4 for those who pre-ordered the game, and soon for everyone on the PC and Xbox One.

So if you plan to take part in an open beta test on a PC, it would be wise to first check if your computer can run the game at all.

The official minimum and recommended PC configurations for Marvel’s Avengers have just been released and the news is good - by this it seems that the game is not too demanding, and we already know that it looks very nice.

We transfer the minimum and recommended configuration below.

Configuration for the common man:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • CPU: i3-4160 or AMD equivalent
  • 8GB RAM
  • NVIDIA GTX 950 / AMD 270 (min 2GB video frame)
  • DirectX 12
  • 75GB HDD space

Superhero conf:

  • OS: Windows 10 64-bit
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 4770K, 3.4 Ghz or AMD Ryzen 51600, 3.2 Ghz
  • 16GB RAM
  • NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB or AMD Radeon RX 480, 8GB.
  • DirectX 12
  • 110GB SSD space

Otherwise, the PC version comes with an optional and 30GB heavy high-resolution texture pack, and will support ultra-wide resolutions and multi-monitor sets with support for playing at 144Hz if your computer can handle it.

When can I participate in the beta?

The first wave of beta testing took place last weekend and only for those who pre-ordered the game for PlayStation 4. The second wave will take place this weekend and will be open to all PlayStation 4 users, and for those who pre-ordered the game on PC and Xbox One console. The third wave will be open to all and will take place from August 21st to 23rd, and the pre-load for that version starts on August 20th.

The full game comes out on 4.09. for PC, PS4 and Xbox One, but after the release of the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X consoles the game should appear on them as well.
