A warning has been issued for Fortnite players, a aimbot has emerged that deletes data from the computer
Cyren, an internet security company, has warned Fortnite players about a cheating tool that can greatly harm computers.
According to a report by Cyren, a new form of ransomware software called Syrik has recently appeared on the Internet, masked as a tool that promises an advantage when playing Fortnite. It's actually a kind of aimbot that makes it easier to target and promises to reveal the position of other players on the map. It is recognized by the name of the executable file "SydneyFortniteHacks.exe".
Cheating at Fortnite is punishable in itself, but it can cause significantly more damage to Syrk than banning gaming. Specifically, this form of ransomware deletes users' data from their PCs every two hours and asks them to pay a certain amount to get a code that can help them get rid of harmful software.
