Assassin’s Creed Origins will be free to play this weekend
Ubisoft will once again offer the option to try out (or play as a whole) its Assassin’s Creed Origins game for free.
It is commendable that Ubisoft has a promotion related to the Assassin’s Creed series almost every month, and the players themselves benefit from that. This year, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate was distributed for free, so Assassin’s Creed Odyssey was free to play for a full week, and then Discovery Tour add-ons for Odyssey and Origins arrived as a gift to PC players.
Now we have another period of free trial. This time, Ubisoft is offering free access to Assassin’s Creed Origins from 2017, exclusively on its Uplay platform, ie PC. The game will be free to try out (it doesn’t stay in your permanent possession) from June 19 to 21. Three days is definitely a bit to see the entire AC Origins, but if you like it you’ll be able to take the game at a discount.
We don't know yet when the preload will start, but definitely count on being able to put this pretty big game on download even before the free trial period starts.
