Apex Legends will continue to evolve in its fifth season, and an important part of that evolution will be the quest system.
The fifth season of Apex Legends starts next week, and in addition to the already presented Lobby Andrade, we will receive a few more news. The famous map of King’s Canyon will once again change its appearance and present a new area called Salvage.
But the main novelty will be the system of quests with which Apex Legends gets the PvE component. The first quest, which will last all season, will be called The Broken Ghost and will ask players to find nine pieces of a mysterious artifact. Treasure Packs (maximum one per day) will be able to be collected daily in competitive matches to unlock the hunt or Hunt.
Hunts are weekly events that you can play solo or as a team against AI enemies. The goal in Hunt is to find the artifact, survive the onslaught of the enemy and escape with the help of a spacecraft. There will be a total of nine hunts, and if you want to uncover the story behind the quest you will have to play Apex Legends for nine weeks in a row.
